Tana is an admitted attorney of the High Court. She has an excellent academic qualification from the University of the Witwatersrand, having obtained a post-graduate Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in dramatic arts and film studies. Tana specialises in Corporate Commercial law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Regulatory law. Tana has been involved in conducting legal due diligences for both local and international clients and drafting various commercial agreements.
