The Corporate Commercial Department is led by Matodzi Ratshimbilani who commands more than twenty-five (25) years of corporate commercial experience.

Matodzi has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, having spent all of his career with some of the top five South African law firms as a junior lawyer and equity director.

Eduan Kapp is an Executive with thirty (30) years experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Tana Patsa is an associate with two (2) years’ experience post-admission advising clients on various aspects of commercial law, contract law, company law, and corporate governance with a specific focus on state-owned entities.
