The Public and Regulatory Law practice is led by Tiyiselani Sono and Matdozi Ratshimbilani.
Matodzi seamlessly extends a wealth of expertise to the Public Law and Regulatory Team, and together with Tiyiselani Sono, advises both State-Owned Entities, Government Departments and Corporations.
In this practice area Tiyiselani has more than 6 years of post-admission experience in Public and Regulatory Law, including drafting complex opinions, applying legislative interpretation, and advising on public procurement and administrative judicial proceedings. Tiyiselani further has experience in legislative drafting.
Tana Patsa supports the Public and Regulatory law department in conducting legal research and drafting complex advisory opinions.
